Do you offer tracking?

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

Are returns free?
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or misdescribed.

Sizing & Measurements

How do I choose the right size for vintage?
Vintage sizing can run smaller than modern sizes. Always check the listed measurements and compare them to a similar item you own.
What measurements do you provide?
We include key measurements (e.g., chest/pit-to-pit and length) on each product page for accurate fit.

Condition Grading

How do you grade condition?
BNWT: New, never worn.
Excellent: Minimal signs of wear.
Good: Light wear consistent with age.
Fair: Noticeable wear/patina; priced accordingly. Any notable flaws are disclosed in descriptions.
Are items cleaned?
Items are lightly refreshed and steamed. Any special care notes will appear on the product page.

Authenticity

Are your items authentic?
Yes—each piece is inspected for labels, materials, stitching, hardware, and era-specific details. Designer items undergo additional checks.
Do items include original packaging?
Where original dust bags, boxes, or tags are included, we’ll note this on the product page.

Orders & Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major cards and secure payment methods shown at checkout. All prices are in GBP unless stated otherwise.
Can I change or cancel my order?

Care & Cleaning

How should I care for vintage clothing?
Follow garment labels where present. When in doubt: hand wash cold or dry clean (especially silk, wool, leather, and delicate prints). Avoid machine drying.
How do I care for leather and suede?
Spot-clean gently and use specialist cleaners. Avoid heavy treatments that can alter patina or color.
